Nisha is a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher and YogaBugs teacher trainer.  She has been practicing Yoga for 17 years and teaching for 3 years. With a background in Hatha, Astanga and Iyengar approaches, she now studies in the Viniyoga tradition, adapting Yoga to the individual’s needs.  In addition to teaching Yoga to adults, she teaches Yoga to children and teenagers, runs Yoga Retreats and Holidays, trains teachers, and practices Thai Yoga Massage.
